Prepares a Flan Neapolitan ... ahmm!!!!



Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 milk condensed
1 milk skim
1 half cream
2 tablespoons of vanilla
1 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons. (cornflour)
1 / 2 cup sugar (for sweet)

Procedure:
In the blender all ingredients, except sugar, which is set to simmer in the pot in which make the flan, when sugar have color brown, is removed from the fire and add the mix blender and starts bath for 1 hour, and place it in the refrigerator and you eat it cold and very delicious =)
